VOVYO manufacture almost all kinds of micro dc pumps (Such as: automotive electric water pump, ultra quiet water pump, food grade pump, solar water pump, hot water recirculating pump. ) for over 10 years with high performance and quality as well as competitive price.
Please tell us your requirements on the working voltage, max head and max flow, running time, application, fluid,ambient temperature, fluids temperature, submersible or not, special function, food grade material nor not, power supply form etc, according to your application requirements. Then we will recommend the most suitable pump for you.
Generally speaking, we do not offer free sample. You can purchase a sample from us to test its performance. And will refund the sample fee to you in the form of providing equivalent value pump in the future. When you place an bulk order to us.
You can talk your needs with our sales people to get the most suitable pump recommendation from them. We will arrange the sample production after received your sample order. And deliver the sample by express as soon as the production is finished.

We can delivery the goods after we received your payment as long as we have the products in stock. For sample making time is 7days, small order production time is 12~15days, bulk order production time is 25~35days.
Yes, we do accept payment made by Paypal and prefer sample fee and small order make by Paypal. That will save much transfer time than T/T payment.
Yes, we can customize a pump for your needs, if you annual quantity demands reach a certain quantity.
Mold fee is depends on the pump’s power, size ,performance, special function, and the mold fee can be refunded to you. In the form of providing equivalent value pump to you in the future. When the ordered pumps reach a certain quantity. No need development fee.
It will take 30~45 days to design the pump and open the pump mold. Time cost depends on the pump’s power, size ,performance, special function etc.

Almost of all kinds of DC power supply can drive our pump. Such as: DC power supply, all kinds of battery, solar panel for the 3 phase pumps etc.
Our pump can work with water, oil, antifreeze, coolant, and the food grade pump can pump beverage, fruit juice etc. Furthermore we also can provide acid and alkali fluids solution if you have such needs.
The work noise of our most pumps is below 40dB, some of them even low to 23dB and 25 dB.
3 phase pump can endure more high working fluids temperature. Two phase working fluid temperature
should be lower than 70°C or 50°C, however, 3 phase pump can higher than 100°C or even 125°C.
Our 12V pump’s working voltage range is 5V~14V, 24V pump’s is 12v~30V. Some series pump’s working voltage range is more wider than this.
Material used for normal type pump is PA66+30%GF, PPS, material used for food grade pump is PPE. Material used for some automotive electric water pumps is Al alloy + PPS.
Suggest you operate the pump with fluids on its chamber. Since the pump motor will be burnt caused by the temperature rise due to poor heat dissipation.
We do have some models pump in stock. However, most of the pumps need to be placed an order to produce them for you. Since, there are hundreds of models in our product catalog, its really very hard for us to have all of them in stock.
Some of our pump with IP68 waterproof class can be used as a submersible pump. As all of our pumps are centrifugal pumps, therefore they do not have self-priming ability. So, you can’t use them as a self-priming pump.
People should install the pump with its inlet under the water level. For IP68 pumps, you can fix it submersible or outside of the water.
